lease.
Harvard Law School and Community Enterprise Project created this commercial lease toolkit for a dual purpose: (1) to provide an explanation of common provisions in commercial leases and how to interpret and apply these provisions, and (2) to recommend provisions that commercial tenants may try to include when negotiating a new commercial lease.
